Stayed here just one night. Friendly welcome from Jan who also informed me they run the language school next door. Room was warm, comfortable with lovely bathroom all spotlessly clean. Didn't get chance to enjoy breakfast since I had to check out very early. But I would not hesitate to recommend or stay again myself if I was in the area.
Lovely guest house! Cozy, clean and warm, and great value. Stayed one night for work, and would definitely stay again. Room facilities simple but thoughtful, and everything works. Much better - and cheaper - than many equivalent rating chain hotels.
Excellent accommodation, warm welcome from Alma on check in , spacious rooms, excellent decor , and scrupulously clean . Stayed overnight for a family birthday, would not hesitate to stay again and would highly recommend it.
This is just great. Top notch facility, state of the art, secure access system, great staff and great cooking. I've been coming to Purley for 5 years now with a group of pupils, and I must say there's no better place for the leaders : central, easy access, highly recommended!!!

I was also lucky enough to take advantage of Alma's culinary skills (alma is a professional housekeeper and chef, baker - delicious cakes and pastries), who will welcome you and make sure you have a great experience. Fantastic large room on a budget. Strong food smells from the residents kitchen but I'm a good lover so this didn't phase me. I could see this as a problem for others but as for the room and location it was perfect for our trip.
We stayed at Hazel Residences for 10 days, and from the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. Room and en-suite was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Jan made us so welcome and went out of his way to help us in any way he could. Enrico also was extremely obliging and kind. I highly recommend this establishment. Thank you Jan!
Fantastic place. Very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast. House manager is fabulous and waited for us to arrive late as the M25 was a nightmare. Would highly recommend staying here but make sure you reserve a parking space if driving.
